Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Canada only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As all of our products are made fresh to ensure the highest quality, we do require a few days to prepare each order. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days, though during peak seasons like November and December, shipping may take 7–10 business days. Please note, this timeframe refers to when your order leaves our facility, not delivery to your door. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Are your products natural?
Yes. Our products are made with thoughtfully selected, naturally derived ingredients, organic whenever possible. We prioritize clean formulations free from unnecessary additives, harsh chemicals, and synthetic fillers.

Are your products scented with fragrance oils?
We use a expertly blended mix of high-quality fragrance oils and essential oils, all paraben-free, phthalate-free, and free from harsh chemicals, selected to meet our standards for safety and performance.
How should I store my skincare products?
Store skincare products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to maintain freshness and effectiveness.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Because our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, we recommend using them within 6–12 months of opening.
How do I care for my candles?
For best results, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Never burn candles unattended.
What type of wax do you use?
Our candles are made with a clean-burning plant-based wax blend of apricot and coconut, designed to provide a smooth burn and excellent scent throw, free from paraffin and harmful additives.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
